Default 511 Tamiya shock tower

These seem to be rare as rocking horse.. What other towers do people
recommend? Just a bit concerned that I'm light on the Tamiya spares for Petit etc.

Have found some Tamiya ones in the USA, but they don't ship outside of the USA and other sites charge a fortune for postage.

Simples Mikey.....one word, well hyphenated actually!

Fibre-Lyte

Though not listed on their website (http://www.fibre-lyte.co.uk/) am led to believe that that have the towers on their CAD/CAM and can produce them in alternative materials and differing thicknesses.
Would suggest contacting them directly, previously they've always been very helpful to me, timely and competitively priced for, in general, a better product

Had it mentioned the other week that fibre lyte towers cause other issues.. I'll google them and go from there.

Mike, if you think towers are hard to get, try getting the blue ali bits they bolt to when you've bent/snapped them due to using too thick shock towers!

Who needs that part?
If people seriously can't find them, just ask me....

Tamiya spares in the UK may be made more readily available in the near future

I did when I bought a 501 with one snapped due to someone crashing it hard with a thick tower on.
