Default lead weight?

hi there,

i have just got back from a terrible day of racing. the track was laid out on an old part of the land around the rostrum and it was awful bumpy. i could not control my car it was all over the place. it was fine until i reached the straight where it was bumpy and the car could not handle it.

i was told that team drivers run a lead plate between the chassis and the undertray. have people done this before? could people post pics of their lead weights under the car so i can make one similar.

many thanks

lewis

I've never run any lead in the Cat, but I think they just cut a strip that sat under the chassis and attached using double sided tape and the undertray.

if your set on running a little weight under the chassis, golf stores sell lead tape that you can stick under the chassis. I put 10 pieces under the lipos location, my head told me it helped
