I need someone to explain gearing to me.
I have a mardave cobra which I believe has a 32dp pinion. I have a 19x1, 18x1 and a 13x3. Why would I change pinion size and spur gear? Maths is my strong point but I need the concept explaining ![]() Cheers |

To get the best out of each particular motor's power curve and help keep it
cool for each type of track layout and surface. An overgeared motor means heat, heat means loss of power. Someone else will probably explain it far better than me,but that's basically it. mark |
