Default AVANTE 2011 has arrived!!!!!! YES!!!

Finally got mi hand on e AVANTE 2011, thanks to a gd frd for that special honour....
tis will be build in the coming weeks and another 2 will be acquire for spares n NIB

Thanks, the bonus parts are the DF03 wheels. Unless u knw someone who wrk for tamiya as e agent,u wld still need to wait till feb11

I remember my Falcon being packed like that. Building a car was far more special back then.. and you got more parts because of the over-engineering

An amazing price for an amazing car. Too much for me though.

Just seen the first one pop up on ebay (in South Korea). 470USD plus another 70USD shipping - so about £340 if you maange to get it 'safely' () into the country. Give it a little bit of time and I reckon they might dip below £300.

Still too steep for me though (just as the orignal was)

Oh -and apparently the bonus parts are the wheels(!), a Tamiya TEU-104 ESC and and Avante T-Shirt!

Tower Hobbies doesn't have them in stock yet but have them listed at $469.99 (they listed it in onroad, although alot of Tamiya's offroads are in the onroad). I got a discount code to save another $100 off that so it would be $369.99 + shipping. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXAUNH&P=7
