After watching 'Hugh's Fish Fight' I wanted to give it a go so did so. Got another idiot at work to join in and we cooked a fish supper on the night shift. Well worth it. We didn't have it in bread but with salad and home made wedgies. Fish came from the fish monger on the local market.
