GM Genius 90 Set Up

Hi,
I hope someone on here could help with setting up this speedo as I don't know what all the settings do and how much I can get out of the speedo before burning something out.

the attachments below is of the current set up and the motor i'm running is a 13.5 nosram storm evolution, any advice would be very much appreciated
