Default optima!

Wow! wonder if this means kyosho might re-release the optima ? probably not since it would fall apart with a modern motor.. but still, a cool little retro toy

I had a Chain Drive Turbo Optima. If they re-released it I would definately buy one.

I think it is a poor translation, more meaning re-release.

Nah!!

pull back means just that, its a toy, you pull it back and it shoots forward with a spring inside ?? you know, the sort of thing you get in a happy meal at mcdonalds!

this is just a little toy for fun, but the fact they remember the old cars is a good thing.

I got a bit confused there reading radio controlled on the box, but I think my mororised 1/32 marui optima said that too.

it is just a toy, here is the other one, this actually says on it what it is.

It was my first car too, back in 1987...
Oh, I want one so much !
Pull-back is perfect for playing in the living-room.
