Phoned Virgin Media today to set up caller display for my mother's land line
Caller display is now free, used to be £2 a bill You need to phone them to get it though as I was told it's not getting promoted

free on talk talk too, just need to select the option through your account online.
Most phones with a screen will display the caller's id in the same way as a mobile Steve. So if you've bothered programming people's numbers into your phone it'll display their name.
