Shocks of some discription yes.. I use Traxxas Big Bores atm. I've had to do some mods with the shocks, but they are nice. Later this year I might try the TC Big Bores.

Also Front hubs and Rear Hubs I think are a must.

I'd also get some proper Turnbuckles.

And apart from a new bodyshell that's all I can think of as things I'd do...

You can upgrade on the cheap and still get good results.. shock wise try Traxxas Ultra shocks, plastic bodies, they are £30 for all 4. Or you could grab a set of Ansmann Master Smacker Shocks, they again are plastic bodies but have alloy caps, excellent shocks and only £10 for full set.

If you want something with fine tuning get a set of HPI firestorm shocks, they are superb. They will set you back £42. My Firestorm eats rough stuff up.

They rest of the car is pretty decent...it's really only the shocks that let the madrat down as the caps pop off so often.

I have the full bearing kit, was the first upgrade
I have a set of traxxas shocks from a bandit, they might be better than originals

I have heard that the front suspension arm holder maybe is weak 125000413 does that need a metal one instead?

Also the rear chassis plate should be in metal/carbon 125000408

Whats the big difference with the 99 (dollars or pounds theres a difference) car? Is all those upgrades already done? Link anyone?
The only £99 one I can see is a madrat RTR or the X2 but thats £180 +

How do I hyperlink like you did kaylon?

Rcmart/ Dinball sell the team c version on eBay .... But it says not for sale to Uk buyers.
Search eBay for team c tc02 and you'll see what I mean.
