Question ID This car please- Edit: Got it thanks. Astute!

Hi

I think this is a tamiya. But which one? The chassis looks good - is it worth much (to restore or sell)? Cheers Pics follow (they're big sorry!):

It´s a Tamiya Astute (#58080) from 1989.

Not sure what your car is worth, depends on the buyer...
NIB cost ~$600.

Wow that's a lot. Well if anyone wants to make me an offer (I'm in the UK) just drop me a PM. Bit of a classic clearly!

If it helps with your pricing i recently sold my new built Astute for £250

They really have to be NIB, hardly used or new built to be worth anything significant.

I found one on Ebay last year for £50 with spare shell and various spares. After a rebuild i had a run with it and found it handled well for a 20 year old car. Im just looking for a set of Hicap dampers.
