Question Vintage racing advice please

For some reason I have an urge to get back into racing (I have been away for many years). I'm particularly interested in vintage buggy racing, can anyone please advise me of the nearest club to Newcastle that might be running this class and where I can find any qualifying rules.

Thanks in advance

I might do that, I don't mind running one of my vintage cars in a normal buggy class, if that's acceptable?, I'm just looking for a laugh.

Can you give me an idea of directions/location.

A vintage car can keep up with a modern car, we proved that last year

I raced my procat at the national indoor finals so there's nothing to say you can't race something cos its too old. Can also be quite satisfying when you beat people with loads of modern kit

No excuse Simon. Get yourself there. What about Papa Walton?
Good racing but just remember to bring a table with you.

Just a note, if you decide to go to Jarrow club, it will not be on on the 23rd October.

OK it will have to be the week after that then. I don't think I'll take a car the first time until I've checked out the opposition

What surface do they run on?

Or you could come along to the TRCC on a Wednesday for practice or go on Saturday for a bit of practice and racing
