looking for 0.5m of 12 gauge wire in red and black, and if you have a 3rd colour id probs take that to

http://www.component-shop.co.uk/ they do it for £1.45 a metre. They also sell on ebay.

Because it's a smaller cross sectional area wire. The smaller the gauge number, the larger the CSA of the wire.
