Default 4 race meetings in 1 weekend for charity??

Hello everyone....once again the cogs have been turning in my noggin.
On the way in to work this morning i was listening to Chris Evans on radio 2 and as you may be aware they have raised over 1 million pounds for children in need. I got to thinking, what kind of fun events could possibly raise money for a charity rather than the normal sponsored walks, and various fetes etc.

Wouldnt it be cool if some how we could link up 4 different rc car clubs accross the country 2 indoor and 2 outdoor and race constantly from friday night to sunday night.....taking in 4 meetings and making them into 1 giant meeting..!
E.g
Take Faversham off road indoor car club. They could hold a regional style meeting indoors through the friday night, as soon as the meeting ends the next outdoor club say Eden park raceway starts a meeting to run through the saturday day then that evening when they finnish the next indoor club say Ardent raceway take over and hold a meeting through saturday night and then the final meeting is held through the sunday. And then we head to the pub!.....lol

To link the meetings up you could for example take all the entries for all the meetings and divide the drivers into teams like erm....red, blue, green, yellow and that way you have a winning "team" for the whole weekend........................
Im not entirely sure how this would raise money for charity but you could say all race entry fees are donated?, side events could perhaps be organised etc...??? what do you think? am i mad?
