Default NEAM AGM, Sunday 21st November, FREE RACING

We are calling the Annual General Meeting for 21st November 2010.

We will be running a normal race meeting either side of the AGM. Racing will be FREE for the day. All are welcome, current members, prospective members and spectators.

Approximate timetable will be:
10.00am - Open up and layout track
11.00am - AGM
11.30am - 1st Heat on the line

We are trying to negotiate an extension beyond 3pm, but we will have to keep you informed on this point.

UPDATE: We have our extension, so we will definitely run 4 rounds and finals (possibly 3 leg).

Current business on the agenda are shown below, but if any club member has a proposal to table then please let me know as soon as possible.

Thats strange...If you race at night as we used to then you have to carpet the hall,take ages and sicken people so they dont want night time racing however, if you race during the day then no carpet cos the floor doesnt get wrecked during the day does it?

Fingers crossed i will be there to see if my stuff still works!

What you'll find Chris is that plenty of grovelling and promising any damage caused to the floor would be repaired, they have relented as long as we carpet after the jumps to minimise the risk.

Hopefully in a couple of months there getting a new floor a bit like Worksop so there'll be even less chance of damage to it.

Ian! The date still reads Sunday 6th December 2009...!! Timewaaaarp!

Unfortunately I won't be there, although I might make an appearance the week after (please Daddy!) and then again around Christmas...!
