futaba receiver ?????

Hi i have a 3gr 2.4ghz futaba fassst transmitter can i use any futaba reciever with it or does it need to be a fasst one any help would be great thanks

i am thinking you have the fs version ?, i think the ff version will work but fractionaly slower if i am wrong the guys on here will put you right.

You can use an R603FF (standard with 3GR) or R603FS (extra internal antenna for better reception, usually slightly more expensive, works fine with 3GR).

It has to be a Faast one unfortunately, I went through this a while back.

I got mine from Ebay, bought it from the US for about £45....

thanks guys yeh its typical that it has to be a fasst one because they are exspensive but i just managed to buy one off here for £60 its a R604fs so the better one i just love oople
