Default Best Motor wound

Hi
Need advise ,what motor wound you guys recomend for a astro track and indoor carpet in the 2wd RB5SP2 .
Im runnig with a GM motor 12delta ,but i think it is a litlle to much because im runnig with a lower gear(over power i think).Im think in buying Speed Passion material.

If it's brushed say 19t Motor be better tbh

Brushless i would run 8.5/9.5t motor

It is brushless ,GM 12Delta it is full of power,i run with 19/78 48dp.

Ah right just realized it's a GM that would be Eq to 5.5t motor as the GM's are not correct in the way we think.
As there 6.5t is actually 3.0 turn motor i think it is.

So no wonder it's probably monster to run.

It depends on how the motor is wound. A delta wound 6t is equivalent to a 4t-ish star wound motor. They also do star wound motors, you'll find a GM 6.5t is similar to any other 6.5t out there.
