Default Cheap generic 4-40 screw kits

I used to have loads of spare screws but seem to have virtually none now. I'm loather to get bummed by buying the AE or Losi packet ones for like £2 for 4 steel screws.

Are there any generic steel screw kits available, that are nice and cheap?

Well what I was thinking was those screw sets for about a tenner for an E Max, I want something similair but in conventional 4-40 size. Only interested in steel to be honest but if you've got a shed load of stuff I'll maybe be interested.

Theres a few companies in the US that do "screw kits" for between £9 to 13" P&P, I've had some from Teamfasteddy (stainless steel) for my BJ4 and there 4-40s, I know others that have used Tonys Screws and rcscrewz and been happy with them. Thats if you don't mind importing gear. Not sure if they do steel, but might be worth asking anyway.

They do single sizes or kits for Losi/Associated.

They also take paypal shipping is about £6 and takes 3-4 days to arrive.

I always use Modelfixings.co.uk. UK based so postage is in pence not pounds and you can actually order single screws if you want to. They do steel and stainless screws.

Look for UNC screws.
