Default Pivot Block Seating Issue

Evening guys,

Putting together a new DEX410 & having a couple of headaches with the positioning of the pivot blocks both on the front & rear.

What I'm finding is that the wishbones on one side are not seating correctly and are binding slightly, whilst the other side is fine and looks to me to be properly seated. And there is a noticable difference in how the wishbone is positioned compared to the other side that moves freely. I have found this on both the front and the rear.

I've followed the manual and kept tabs on the oople review, I've set the rear blocks 2 & 2 and the spacers on the rear as per the manual.

Don't know if there is anything glaringly obvious that I haven't done, but any help be appreciated guys.

Mike P.

If i understand what your saying, its the holes in the blocks,it seems to have more of the coating in one hole than the other,i just got a round dremel grinding ball and just took off some coating,
