Default london and southeast racers?

is anyone in the south east racing the weekend of the 30th Sept?

Just getting my kit together and want to get some practice or racing in as soon as possible..

if not next weekend works as well.

So far the only viable track from London seems to be eden park.. ??

Any other suggestions?

I'm willing to hit a train and taxi if need be.

cheers

Is Stotfold MCC too far for you? Its just up the A1, nearest train station would be Baldock

We run in the afternoon so it gives you plenty of time to get there

There is a club in Colchester (45 mins from Canary Wharf) and there is another one which I will PM you the web site that may interest you on the M25 not too far from the basildon track. The colchester one I hope to be going to next Sunday as its a two weekly event if I can find a pair of ujs for an associated B2/3.

CML raceway in Newbury is the best track in the area, racing tomorrow starting at 10am.
It's about 45 mins from Heathrow (j15 of M25) if that helps. travel to j13 on M4 and then 10 mins down the A road from there.

i'll post a link to better directions if you fancy it. It's basically in Lee Martins back garden, and may be hosting a national next year. Has loads of awesome jumps.

I live in north west London.. close to the north circ.. but I'm not personaly a diver. hence my intrest in the ability to get a train a cab or a taxi to race venues. I can get to Eden park very easily and will be doing the winter series there.

closest thing for you may be DMS on a thursday night. they race indoors with buggies and tourers. probably in bus range. I'm NW london also, but usually take a mate and all the gear, so no spare seat unfortunately.
