not that I know of, but Mr Axeman, if you buy the foams and the wheels, your local friendly painter can put them together for you

the foams will cost you about £12 and that will do front and rears.

Ever used foams on 1/10th Steve? whats the longevity like? bit like the smelly stuff to a blanket on the carpet, bit naughty on the polished flooring & not ideal on wooden jumps if not lined up correctly i imagine

I got some for the 10th, but not really run them, you can't true them down to far either, as they don't handle, but I think at Cardiff, some managed to run half the winter on one set... obviously the grip won't be the same on polished, but if you go for the softer ones, it shouldn't be to bad.

I ran foams for the last half of the winter season at cobra last year on my 2wd and they were awesome. I was using 37 shore all round with plenty of additive. Without additive they are crap.
However for swansea i dont think they will be that good because i believe additive is not allowed so it will be a drift car, and they'll be crap on the wooden jumps too. Ill have a set for a 2wd with me on Sunday if anybody wants to give them a try. They are on b4 wheels which will fit b4, x-6 and 201 with imperial axles. |
