Default Best track of 2010

Hi all, I'm looking for design ideas for a new track. Thought it may be a good idea to get an idea of what everybody's favourite track of 2010 is and then go and download some pictures.

I have to say that I like the surface mix which Southport offers - Astro, tarmac, concrete and cobbles. It has an infinite variety of layouts, so always a fresh approach is needed and when used to its full extent probably one of the longest straights available.

Kidderminster is, and has been for the best part of two decades, my favourite track. As far as I am concerned it's just about perfect in every way, although I'm sure many will say it needs some big jumps in there I prefer tracks without giant car breakers personally.

In terms of offering infinate tracks options a setup like Stotfold seems great to me...a large area of astro'd surface, with various shapes and features underneath...

No hard features at all like walls, so nothing to hit, and you could literally lay the track markings anywhere you like in the space and use the shapes totally freely.

Although I can see that some shapes would always lend themselves to being run in certain directions, particularly where they are shaped for big jumps and landings, it does offer maximum flexibility!

With the speed of the cars now i'd say make it big, Southport is a big 1/10 track but a longer lap length would be better.

That may be the case but the track barely changes each year for the nationals. I wish they'd be a bit more creative
