Speed passion gt2.0 lpf will be spot on and should be available second hand around £50-£60.

You could get a new one for that:

http://www.giantcod.co.uk/xtreme-stock-p-405301.html

Hobbywing make ESCs for Speed Passion. The firmwares are interchangeable. This way, you do get some sort of warranty.

Edit: Hmm, they've revised the turn limit upwards. I think it's good to 5.5T with the timing advance turned off.

Not too sure you would want to run a 7.5 on that speedo!

I run an LRP Sphere TC spec in both my B4 & B44.

Bullet proof speedo, good warranty and cheap second hand. (one on ebay last week for £60...

Never had a problem with them, even took me connecting the batteries the wrong way around

i think the speed passion would be the best route to go down, ideally a silver one if anyone wants to surrender one.
