Default F1 2010

Video from the new game....
http://www.formula1.com/news/headlin...0/8/11136.html

Not overly impressed to be honest.
The cars look nice....lets just hope they've done their work properly and the game play/realism hasn't suffered just for the sake of some pretty graphics.

Its a shame really because the indycar games they did played fantasticly. Not the prettiest graphically, but the realism was there....and I'd rather have that than shiny cars.

It does look cool, and I love the idea of freak weather - Rain between Q1 and Q2, or half way through a race - I've read a bit about it and apparently you as the driver will get to make the call on whether to change tyres or not.... Could be good but yeah i just hope they drive slightly like the real thing?

I'm just glad there's finally another F1 game out - I used to love the old ones on the PC, Geoff Crammonds Grand prix, and Grand prix 2 was absolutely awesome back in the day

I still play GP3! I still dont think it can be beaten.

It does look nice. But I hope it is as real on the handling as GP3/2/1.

The Ideas are good but if the handling and crash effects are rubbish then all the work on graphics and ideas just go out of the window.

Has anyone played a demo of this or anything yet???

It might not be perfect, but i'm going to get it anyway - There's never been an F1 game on Xbox that i can remember so it's been years since i played one....

Looks cool anyway, i can't wait! Just shows how much more interest there is in F1 these days....

Looks good, I hope I doesn’t have the same glitch as f1 2009 on the wii where you are given a stop go/ drive thru penalty when a lead lap car crashes on its own accord

Having said that the game did have a dynamic weather program and would not only change between q1 and q2 but could also happen when you restarted the race

That address my biggest worry about this, as having played DiRT, the handling was woeful! If it actually handles well (thinking a bit R1's in Forza3 style), then I'm in

Think I've got all the Geof Crammond GP Series. Played the original Monaco demo to death, loved GP2, and although GP3 and 4 looked nice, I didn't really play them all that much. All the F1 games on the Playstation looked good, but played rubbish. I can't find a demo anywhere either, which might be a bad thing. I can understand not being able to find a demo for the Saw game, but that's kinda understandable with the content of the game, but I think that's might be why it might not have sold as much as it could have done.

Myself and Lee have both ordered it in the last two days so we're waiting for it now - hopefully tomorrow!

Anyone elses Race Engineer thick as shit? Mine is for Lotus, 10 places ahead of Trulli and he is telling me he is faster and I should copy his setup....

It is a great game, just these niggles spoil it a little.
