Default Maverick Strada xb/ Redcat Tornado EPX PRO /HSP XSTR PRO

Hi All ,
I am trying to get back into racing with my son and have bought my son a Maverick Strada xb , it came with radio gear /esc and brushed motor . And myself with my Predator International , I have rebuilt it using new parts and 9t brushless set-up and it is running sweet.

I was looking online with regards to my sons car and the have found that the other 2 brands are the exact same car and after having a go of his car I am surprised at how strong and fast it runs , it also handles . I also have a 9t brushless for when my son starts racing.

Can I get everybodies opinion on the car ? As I have found out that this car has alot of hop-ups from Carbon Fibre Shock mounts , chassis , brace and even alloy suspension arms . I have looked online and there are cars being raced on a regular basis brushless with 3.5t motors .

Is there anyone out there that races this car as it handles great jumps great and as far as I am conscerned is a great starters car ?

I am really interested as I was considering buying one for myself to race on non-club days to save the predator. I would change a bit carbon shock mounts , bodyshell etc but as above I have seen these ran on dirt tracks and they looked awsome , jumped even and handled great . I can show a youtube of the car, with no sound though but am interested in peoples opinion .

thanks guys
