What Motor to run in My B4.1

Hi guy's

coming back to 2WD Off Road from a 15year break.
I've just bought a new B4.1 and a LRP SXX V2 Comp Speedo to fit in.

What do you guy's run in 2WD these days?

CARPET 6.5T - 7.5T

ASTRO 7.5T - 8.5T

DIRT 8.5T - 10.5T

If you can only budget for one motor then I'd go for a 7.5 as it will be plenty regardless of surface.

if your just coming back then 8.5 or a 7.5 max. plenty fast enough for a 2wd anyway.

8.5 is what I use, plenty fast enough for indoors! HTH

Im in the same boat im looking for a 6.5 or 7.5t system to put in but not sure on what system to use yet

Well I run the Speed Passion LPF in the B4, its fine and runs without the fan. Its not the smallest out there but is good value, and comes with a program card. No problems yet either. If your running the b4.1 shell, the fan might just squeeze under the shell.

i run mine with a losi 6.5t seems a nice smooth motor for the 2wd, i use 22-24 pinion depending on track size.
