Default Repairing AMB transponder

Hi, can anyone tell me how to get into the amb case to replace the wires (mine has a break in the cable right at the point of entry into the transponder case).

I can see that there is a seem at the cable entry, can this be cut open and the innards pulled out?

Thanks for any help you can give.

Rob.

Not as easy as it seems. I made an attempt to repair mine. The case is filled with a rock solid resin that you have to try and pick away to get to the circuit board.
Daveg on here was offering a service to repair them! Probably best to let him do it seen as he's done it before.
