Default LRP sphere ( non 2007 spec)

Hi guys ive been running Novak gear in my cars for about 5 years now so Im thinking of a change. Ive partially been forced into it as the GTB doesnt fit too well in the X-6 ive just bought without what looks like rather drastic machining that I wouold prefer to stay away from.
Basically how is the Original LRP Sphere combo in comparison with the Novak unit. I am aware that the Sphere was one of the original Brushless systems on the market that has recently been upgraded but so was the GTB and thats fine. Is it really that much worse than the "2007" spec? It reallty is only a space issue as the GTB just looks a bit untidy and doesnt feel particularly well secured in the space provided

Would I be wasting my time buying the LRP System? , Im not particularly bothered if its not better than the GTB it just dont want it to be any worse

Cheers

Chris

the old LRP system is only limited buy the motor u can use in them IE over 5.5
so no 4.5 no 3.5, but who uses them anyway.it is less adjustable, but i know people running that are doing fine, see http://www.lrp-electronic.de/e/lis/
for details select products then speed controls and on the left technical details to see all the differences

I use it in my 2wd with a 6.5turn and it's doing fine for 2 years now.
It's less adjustable compared to the Shere "competition" (also pre-2007 spec) in my 4wd but adjustable enough to be competitive.
