Does anybody have a lower chassis.front bumper and wing mount assembly for sale...or is it to much hassel...cheers justin

Any photos ?

Lower chassis and front bumper you will struggle to find new. There is a new chassis on ebay but its silly money, new carbon fibre one is just over £50.
As for wing mount you could use a Bosscat shock mount U1299 (not in stock) then use U2204 wing mount.

As for the Cougar you could upgrade the wishbones to Cougar2. Download the Cougar2 instructions to help if needed

Parts needed
U1128 Rear wishbones (pair) 1/8"
U1129 Rear pivot blocks (pk 4) 1/8"
U1131 Pivot pin (pair) 1/8"

All parts in stock at Schumacher

hope this helps

John

The Procat SE is pretty rare. It came with Vari Shocks which are the same style as those on the Cougar 2 team and original Bosscat. If your shocks are just the old style aluminium shocks with no form of anodising then it is most likely a Procat that has been heavily modified. It sounds like it's got some nice mods though so lucky you.

Just one little tip regarding the rear wishbones. You can still buy them direct from Schumacher as they used them on some of their recent models. Try looking at the available parts for the Club 10 first. I've even found some commonality between parts on the Rascal and Riot, with the parts on my Cougar 2.

Default Procat se

Hi and thanks guys for taking the time to reply.I can't add any photos as I don't have a pc.I could mms some to you if you pm me your mobile no.I'm not even sure my cougar is a cougar..as it came with a topcat manual.topcat cast into the motor cover and has some parts to the lay down front end in the spares I might just place them both in the for sale section and see if I get any interest...back to the procat i've seen on fybre lyte new chassis but like you say over £50 it does need one though as sombodys cut chunks out of the lower chassis and both the extended parts at the front are broken of

Mmm, these old Schumachers can get expensive!

Sounds like your Cougar was a TopCat originally but converted into a Cougar with the upright suspension (like most were back then)

PS; Love the Lancia
