Unhappy Speed passion GT2.0 help!

My Speed passion GT2.0 Pro seems to have a problem, the supercharger seems to stop working after a lap or two. The car slows to a normal speed and I get a flashing red & green LED. I tried resetting it, reinstalling firmware from both SP and hobbywing but still have this problem. Any help would be much appreciated.
