i had a mini bash today in the garden and wow does this car fly! i was using two 2s batteries in series and this truggy sure does have some torque and the acceleration is brutal! this car sure out does any of my other trucks do (hyper 8.5 pro, traxxas revo, slash, revo 1/16 and slash 1/16) i cant imagine what it would do on 6s! i was just getting to know the car (handling ect) and you can tell this is SO a racing truggy as the suspension is set up so you can get out of corners quickly and without loosing any crucial seconds that can loose a race. the tires im running are quite bald so traction was at a minimum but it was enjoyable as drifting trucks is my favourite as its a challenge to keep the truggy going in the vehicle you want it.
i bought the losi 8ight-t knowing its a racing truggy and will not hold up after intense bashing but i sure was baffeld as it sufferd; flips that didnt land properly, nose-on crashes and general smashes and crashes which im sure my mini's wouldn't survive after after one of the hits my losi survived. though after of hardcore bashing15 minutes i knew somthing had to give, and sadly it was the spur gear which i actually replaced 15 minutes before i started bashing! i originally had to replace it, as upon arrival it was broken (i bought it used) and after waiting a week for it to come when i was replacing it i made sure i put lock tight on every single screw.... apart from the two screws which hold the motor mount to the can. As a result in not doing so as this grinded down every single tooth on the spur concluding it being unusable. the funny thing is the previous owner had told me that the spur was done for and to make sure i put locktite on it but i never took the liberty in making sure the can was secure to the mount! although there was a casualty i feel that this truggy can be bashed and will be bashed till destruction in the future and dont expect it to be or sold in the future as this one is a keeper! i wish i could race it but traveling for an hour and a half to the nearest track (which isnt exactly a good one) is not conventional for me as i cant drive (im 13) so i have to result the bashing which isnt to bad apart from the bill this time i am going to make sure locktite is on every screw properly resulting me in spending thousands on locktite and eventually when i come to remove things i will round off my new to be eds hex drivers oh well all ends well in love and war! keep on bashing revo madnesss ![]() ![]() ![]()

on 6s with KVs around 2k or more it usually turns truggy tires into 10-12 inch sawblades. Very cool to watch, extremely scary to control. Especially when the neighborhood kids see and rush out to get closer and you cant do anything with out fearing your going to smash into a kid's shin who thinks he will go into the middle of the road to intercept it as if it was a puppy. Sry for the rant thats just what happen when we did our 6s truggy testing.
