Yep i believe this is the ally equivilent but in 0&1degree of the UM519 hub which is what comes on the RB5/FS now..

Can't say I've ever broken a rear hub. So either I'm not hard enough or you're animals...

Outer bearings are 5x13x4... inner bearing is like the one you would fit in the standard hub..
![]() As for cost, who knows what they will be when they get here.. i reckon with postage from rc champ it was about £25 per pair incl shipping... didnt get an duty charges which was good... i got a few sets as fab wanted some for his mid RB5, the 1 deg ones.. ![]() |

Not sure mate.. the SP hubs sit up higher.. so im not sure what difference you would feel with going to these..as they will sit lower.. RogerM would be the man to ask.. he ran an SP for quite some time i believe.. Cheers Nick ![]() |

Indeed I did.
It will effeectively increase rear droop and change the roll centre such that at each camber link position you will have more lateral grip than you were used to. You would probably find that by going to the outer most hole at the inboard end and removing 2mm from your usual spacer pack at the inboard end you would be back to where you are with the plastic SP parts. The extra sets of holes in the ali hubs would also allow fine tuning to get what you want. One of the things I was always wanting was less camber change which is effectively what these would give .... happy days |

Using 0 degree will be i assume the same as your kit ones but obvioulsy will sit lower.. Using 1 degree will give you 1 degree more toe in which will give more rear end grip.. I used the Law36 & Law37 on my FS to give me 3.5 degree of toe and its helped the car alot ive found ![]() So with what Roger has said with the lowered hubs you will get more lateral grip (sidebite) and then with the 1 deg hub you should get more forward traction.. Someone correct me if im wrong! ![]() |

Nick your just about right there.
The only issue with running lots of toe in is that the car will tend to try and follow the surface ruts as each wheel drops in then rides over the edge. I normally ran 2 degs on the SP and now run 3deg on the FS (but will probably reduce that when I get back out on grass in the summer). When I was running a Pred I never went above 1.5 degrees toe in on the rear. |
