Welshy,

Before you try a layshaft, try a RW racing Spur gear. My std Tamiya one was warped and thats what was causing the wobble and also they are really noisy too as you heard on my video. The RW spur is much quieter

AE B4/B44 ones also fit fine.

MK have them.

The layshaft is bent and even when Pidge gave me a new spur due to my one being shagged the layshaft actually has a small kink thats causing my issue so i need a new one.

Could anyone post a link to where I could order an RW racing spur? All I found on their site was the 78 tooth one for B44 and some 80-83 tooth ones for Schumacher...

Ebay and type in rw spur and look for a white one for a b4 or b44. You have to specify what size, in your case if for a 511 a 89 spur.
