Seems as if you've narrowed it down to one common denominator.

Has it always done it?
Is it a new system, or used?
What radio system, a cheap RTR one or quality aftermarket gear?

One thing you could try is to "braid" the motor wires, one twist, as some BL systems have been known to give off some electrical interference that can cause some radio systems to glitch.

do you by any chance hav an amb personal transponder running in the car.....

we have been geting a similar issue with my friends touring car.he uses good quality spektrum radio gear,we changed everything,receiver,speedo,servo....

in the end it just left the amb....we unplugged it and the car worked perfect,no cutting out, glitching or anything.

Might be worth a try if you use one.
