I would love it if Losi brought a mid motor 2wd out,I'd definatly get one. Unfortunatley you never seem to hear much from them. I bought myself a xxx cr last year when I got back into racing after a long layoff racing and really liked it but in my opinion it's falling behind now what with the x-6 and now the new Schuy 2wd!.

I loved my cr. At the end of last season i stumbled accross a good setup that made my cr quick around oswestry it was a joy to drive. The CR is a birlliant car if you have the time to develop the setup. Cars such as the x6 there isnt a great deal of setup changes needed to adjust between tracks ive been told.

I am still very border line between my cr2 and cr personally.

But i would love to see something new from losi both 2wd and 4wd.

as darren pointed out earlier not anytime soon seems to me losi have become a bit of a toy company since they were taken over by horizon hobby with the majority of their cars now being aimed at the rtr market not really any good for racing you very rarly see them mentioned winning major competitions so much anymore in any electric class the 8th buggy seems to be the only 1 maybe if loads of people bombard them with emails calling for a 10th 2wd buggy we mite get 1 but i dout it. i heard somwhere that for a company to shell out on retooling for a new car they have to be able to guarantee that they can sell at least 1000 units worldwide, but i couldnt see that being a problem for losi. untill then il carry on with my ancient xxcr lol

Well they have got an really great gas car so they do have talent for construct competetive cars. But they seem reluctant to evolve them. Typical american i guess: if it ain't broke, dont fixx it. But even losi must see that 1/10 off road is a moneymaker these days.

Not reference to a new 2wd, but whilest searching for a new xx-4, just by googleing, i found that there is a petition on usa face book somewhere for losi to re-re-release the xx-4 we. Thought it was quite funny!
