Default cat sx rear end sliding about

Hi guys can anyone shed some light on why my cat has a tendency to slide about when racing. the set-up is standard out of the box red springs on the back with 30w oil. it always slides out when cornering this happens indoors and outdoors. any help would be great thanks.

Not saying im right but when this happened with mine the front diff had come loose meaning it was more like 2wd than 4, good way to check is just to stop the front of your car with your foot on a surface where it can break traction and apply the throttle, all 4 wheels should spin, if not there could be a problem.

Does it do this on or off power?

hi mate thanks for the reply the diff is fine tried that all wheels are turning but I'm running a one way diff in it as this is supposed to stop the front end being dragged out of corners. so I'm not sure what it could be.

If your running a one way, make sure your throttle break on transmitter isn't to high, as off power this will be like using the break and cause car to spin. Worth a try

It is a good thing to have the front diff tighter than rears.

On which track surface?? dirt, astro, grass??
