Default Help with internet explorer

Right im having some issues with my web, when im on here and other sites when i click a link or to open a section it takess me back in time? heres some examples. before i had a message so i click my private message link and then theres nothing so i have to refresh. then i was looking at the forum and seen there was a new post in a section so i click the section and its gone? i need to refresh all the time???

Any ideas whats up??

Mine does that too, its as if the board doesn't match up with the posts, so the new post icon shows but you have alreay read it.

Try it with another browser (Firefox, Opera, Chrome - take your pick) and if it still does it, it's not your browser.

Sounds like a Temp internet file issue/setting to me.

In you internet options under Temp internet files settings make sure you have 'Check for newer versions of stored webpages' set to every time.
