Default WCE Slipper Build Question

Hi all

Just replacing the diff halves (61570)on mine. I intend to pin the rear half as well as the front. My question is on that basis do i need the bearing (BO13) listed in the instructions that goes in the rear diff half before the screw, I can't see what purpose it would serve. Just wanted to check before i put it back together

Cheers

Dave

I can't see that there is a point if you use 2 pins as it becomes one unit

I used it with two pins,so that it was a lighter slipper set (less rotating mass)and not a torque limiting slipper front too rear...

it will diff out easier, so if the rear weels are in the air and the front on the track, the rear wheels will get all the power and the front wheels wont drive, all the team used to run both pins in as you have it

carnt remember the bearing
