Default 12th Scale Saddle Pack LiPo's

don't give up on 12th scale if you have a saddle pack chassis

these are available from Speedzone USA

you can get then in the UK from Action Model Centre

ROAR legal so should meet BRCA specs

None have been submitted for EFRA homologation.
We are working with a manufacturer to get BRCA approval.

Looking at the car/chassis in the picture the fitting of the cells are aligned in what i call the vertical arrangement in parallel.. would these LiPo's fit on cars with the cells in a horizontal arrangement - where the cells run sideways? the packs look more or less squared, so would they fit all types of 4-cell cars?

I've sent an email to Speedzone asking.

If they have a flat bottom I see no reason why they won't suit all 2x2 4 cell chassis.

R12 L4, guess you would not use the plastic cell tray.

cheers.. as you say if they have a flat bottom it shouldn't be a problem (just more tape to stop them moving around) & if they are square (like the picture would suggest) they shouldn't foul on the car's other components, but i'd sooner know before parting with the cash - especially if buying on mail order or from overseas when all there is to go on is a picture & a short description.

The fit should not be a problem. Yes, the packs have a flat bottom.
