Have got a very nice (i.e. New & Unused) Team Losi XXX-T MF2, with pro-painted Matt Francis replica bodyshell (no electrics though something could be sorted if needs be!) that is available, not necessarily cheap but very much the top of the Losi range before the release of the XXX-T CR.

Just a thought, if you are after cheap like the budgie.
Had you looked at the Ansmann Macnum? £49.99 kit £99rtr. Its not going to be as top spec as the T4 but it will be brand new and different
