Default ballistic blues

just out of interest, where do we use ballistic blues nowadays?

any good in wet conditions as they're a bit firmer spiked than the greens... thought they may cut in to the grass a bit better...

i've got some blues in at the shop, just wondering what they're good for. I've got greens ready for sunday... or will have when i get round to putting them on some wheels.

I reckon pinks won't last at oswestry, especially if we're on the tarmac at the back.

one of my local tracks had a fairly long pile astro track and the blues were awesome there in the wet. Never tried them anywhere else though.

If you can't get any full(er) spikes then new bb blues will be great on longer (inc wet) grass.

i can also lay my hands on tamiya super gripper spire spikes. Very very similar pattern to a TR32, in a slightly firmer compound. Came as standard on the Top Force Evo, and some of the newer cars. Great club tyre i reckon, but not legal for the regionals (?) or nats.

the blues will be ace around most of the track on sunday mate, but they'll be absolute BOBBINS on the tarmac. I can't wait to punt you off the track when you're fishtailing all over the place like a little bitch
