 , that's not the neighbour by the way  they've gone out for the day and this happens theres 4 cars in the family and Dad has left his Astra at home not the 1st time he's had a ticket for this. He was away on hols the last time it happened and his father had to deal with it

wonder if the CCTV vehicle can be had for not parking closer to the kerb?
also no hazards or flashing lights displayed whilst carrying out their dasterly deed?
