Futaba 3VC with Spektrum 2.4Ghz, because it is the best! (Maybe I am a little biased, as mine is the best radio set I've ever owned, but you did ask!! )

And what about Ko Esprit 3, or Sanwa Exzes Plus?

Get the one which feels best in your hands. They all have more settings than you need anyway.

Personally, I would go with the Sanwa.

Indeed, get the one that is most comfortable. When I changed to Spektrum I had to change from my trusted old KO Esprit II to a Futaba 3VC, it took me ages to get used to (odd since it's the same case as my aircraft transmiter!)

Ask a few people at the clubs you race at if you can have a go with their transmiters
