Don't understand why RPM stopped making them as the Losi shocks haven't changed in design

How do people make modern day shocks from the XXX-CR etc

i got all the b4 tools from apex hex keys fastraks and nutdrives dynmite and they fit my losi xxx4 and they sell losi tools as well but there the same i think
