Default BRCA Legal Saddle LIPOS

Hello

I was thinking of looking out for a couple of second hand Saddle LIPO packs that are on the approved BRCA List for 2009. However i have a question...... Does this mean they will also be legal next year at brca events or is it only what will be on the 2010 list?

Any suggestions of what to go for also greatfully received, it's for a D4 with a 5.5 in it

Cheers

Dave

Run one pack of ib4200 lipo's in my D4 all year with no issues, all the major brands are around the same size so should fit no problem. Found it best when swapping to lipo to add 60-70gram of weight under rear propshaft to retain balance.

whatever is legal this year should also be legal next year, plus any new packs. The only time cells have come off the list was for the old IB4200 NiMH cells when they started to get unstable

The Demon saddles were excellent value, but anything with a C rating of 25 or more should be fine for 4wd. If you run on a particularly slippy track then a lower C rating should be fine, but in that case you should probably be running a lower motor than a 5.5!
