Well we took delivery of the Lap Counting system just before Christmas and we've now run two meetings this year with the setup and I have to say it has run faultlessly so far, its a great system which is affordable for new clubs starting out or for those clubs who've been scared of paying out for the AMB system.
We ordered 30 Personal Transponders when we ordered the kit last year and already I've just put in an order for another 10 PTs already!! We had 27 drivers on Monday and it was pretty busy, but everyone at the club is very happy with the kit.
I know that lots of you have been sending me PM's asking about the I-LapRC system and I plan to take some photos of how we've setup the Sensor Bridge and will do so when we have Round 1 of our Indoor Winter Championships that start on Friday 22 January 2010.
If any of you run a small local club and want to know more, feel free to drop me a message and I will be happy to chat more about this setup. This really is a very affordable alternative to the long established setup which has probably had 20+ years of a monopoly, but thankfully there is a new kid on the block
Take a look here for some basic info about the PT's

I plan to take some photos to add to our gallery pages in the weeks ahead so you can all see how we've setup the sensor bridge for use on our track. Here's to a very busy 2010 for us, at least I don't have to worry anymore about pressing numbers for each race
