Setting up on Sat 31st Oct..

Just to let folks know..

We'll be at the venue from 2.30pm onwards setting up the track and rostrum.

All help would be very much appreciated

If we get done in good time there might even be a chance to give the track a quick go..

Anyone planning to come & help out?
