Just wondered, since my virus message came from Windows Resident Shield, did this mean my Defender was inadvertantly on ?
Is Resident Shield the same as Defender ?
I have done a search in Windows hepl for Resident Shield and it brings up lots of stuff about Security Centre and viruses and Security settings, but nothing specific about Resident Shield. . . . .
