AE B4 Novak Brushless Gearing?

I just picked up a Novak Havoc 3s/8.5T Ballistic brushless combo and was wondering what would be a good gearing for it in an AE B4! I have stock gearing now and I'll be running a 6 cell 4200 batt. I don't want to burn anything up! (I will be getting Lipo at the end of the year) Thanks Guys!
