Default Help!..Fitting prolux 5009 servo to B4

Just looking for some direction, just finished building a b4, and now putting servo. Instructions don`t cover for a prolux servo for - the spacer, any idea which to use? Also the servo horn`s supplied do not fit this servo, looking for advice. Many thanks. Lee
