Default Shock Question

Looking at the x6 set up on 2wdrc I’m happy to see that there is a losi AE and Koysho piston spring and Oil set up listed.

My question is regarding the shock length and shock compressed length- what point is this measured from? and also how are do you get a compressed length of 67.5 on the rear with AE shocks? do you need losi shock bottoms to achieve this

You see that on the news set up. Because I'm asking too.
And the E-speed high & E-speed low? What the difference?

Did i can use the new ellis stafford set up to running in indoor? It's not full moquette.

This new set up is very more easy to use with the photo, thanks

I will check it over tonight and see if the spindle can go further up the thread.

Bonjour Ben! Mon Francais is worse than votre Anglais, so we'll try this en Anglais. LOL

Pull the shock apart as far as it will go. Measure from the center of the top mounting hole to the center of the mounting hole at the end of the shaft. That is "shock length." Change it by changing the limiters inside the shock or screwing the end on, or off the shaft

Push the shock together as far as it will go and take the same center to center measurement. That is "compressed length." Change it by changing the outside limiters or screwing the end on, or off the shaft.

Je pense que c'aidez. (I think (hope) this will help.)

Default Gayo to the rescue

Gotta love Chazz' fractured french

Tiens, Ben :

Merci, Raphael! "Fractured French" doesn't communicate very well, but it's lots of fun!
